Tasting notes:
- Medium-deep garnet red, clean and bright.
- Wide nose, wild red fruit jam, raspberries, redcurrants and fine herbs over a balsamic background of vanilla, caramel and roasted coffee.
- The entrance in mouth is warm, with good structure and balance, soft and friendly tannins. In the aftertaste, the aromatic harmony, freshness and balance persist.
Elaboration and aging:Manual harvest, depositing the selected bunches that are transported to the winery in refrigerated trucks.
After the fermentations, the wine began its aging in American oak barrels of our own manufacture: the first in new oak and the second in oak of an average age of 3 years. Four manual rackings were made by candlelight.
