Do I need to register to buy?

No, you don‘t, you can make your order as a "guest" but you will need to enter your information in order to send the shipment. In any case, we encourage you to register in order to access to extra features like private sales, exclusive offers and personal recommendations according to your taste, etc.


How do I register?

Click on "My Account" on the upper right-hand side of the website, just enter your e-mail address and then click in "Create Account". Follow the instructions to complete your registration. Alternatively, you can also wait until you make your order to start your registration.


How can I modify my personal information and view my previous orders?

If you already have an AporVino account click on "My Account" on the upper right-hand side of the website, enter your e-mail address and password in "I’m already registered” section.


I can’t remember my password. How can I retrieve it?

Click on "I’ve forgotten my password" when we ask for your user and password. Enter your e-mail and click on "Retrieve Password".


I have a discount code. Where do I redeem it?

Once you add your products to your basket, click on the shopping cart button at the upper right-hand side and click on "Proceed to check out" and your order overview will be shown. Then, click on "Checkout" and follow the instructions. You will see a box where you can enter your discount code when you pay.


My order is a gift. Can you wrap my order?

Yes, we have many products already packaged and they make the perfect gift. Please refer to the “Gifts” section on the upper menu. We also have AporVino Deluxe cases, you can add them to your purchase and improve your order with a delicate presentation.


My order is a gift. Can you send it without any invoice?

Yes, you just have to leave us a comment when you make your order. We will send the invoice to your email, and just a delivery note regarding to the content of your order without any prices in.


My order is a gift. Can you add a note to the recipient?

Yes, when you finish your order you can add a note which will be sent along with your gift. We will send your gift with a high-quality special card and a delicate presentation.


Can you make a commercial invoice?

Yes, just let us know the name of your company and your VAT number when you enter your billing details while you make your order.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer, Paypal and also collect on delivery only in mainland Spain.


Do I have to purchase a minimum of bottles?

No, you can buy only one bottle. Shipment costs will be calculated regarding the total weight of your order. (Free shipment costs in orders above 150€) In any case, you should note that in most cases shipment costs are lower when you buy in multiples of 6 bottles (6, 12, 18...).


Will the image of the product at your online store be exactly the same as the product I will get?

We try to keep all our images up-to-date to ensure that the product you receive is exactly the same as the one you saw in AporVino. In any case, occasionally, it may be an image update of the product which hasn’t being published in AporVino yet. Thus, the image of the actual product you receive may vary from the image shown in AporVino.


I want a wine you don’t have. Can you get it?

If you can’t find a product in our store please contact us by email or by phone + 34 91 188 89 58 and we will do our best to get it for you.


Do you have a special price list for trade professionals?

Yes, contact us by email or phone +34 91 188 89 58. Tell us the products, amount and delivery address and we will make you a detailed estimate with our best price.

How long does the shipping take?

For orders to mainland Spain, in the majority of cases, orders are dispatched within 24 working hours and 48 working hours for smaller areas. Orders to Balearic Islands usually take over 2-3 working days and to Ceuta, Canary Islands and Melilla within 7-14 working days. To Germany, orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days and for the rest of Europe around 3-5 working days.


A bottle has been broken in the delivery. What do I have to do?

We make all our shipments with approved and qualified packages for glass bottles. In any case, if there is a broken product, please contact us by email or by phone +34 91 188 89 58 and we will exchange the product without any additional costs for you.


I’ve received an unsolicited or bad condition product. What do I have to do?

I’ve bought a wine that I don’t like. Can I return it?

If you have bought a wine without any defect but you simply were not satisfied with it and you have more bottles bought in AporVino that are not opened yet, you can return them for free within maximum 15 working days since the delivery. For this return please contact us by email or by phone +34 91 188 89 58 and we will provide you the code and address for the return. Once we receive the bottles and check they are in good conditions and we will refund the 100% of the cost of the bottles.
