Un vino excelente
Gran vino de la bodega Álvaro Palacios que nunca decepciona. Tiene un paladar suave y con expresión. Yo lo uso para pescados, mariscos, carnes, embutidos... Siempre acompaña bien. Sus aromas múltiples (dependen mucho del bebedor) son emocionantes tanto si se toma solo chateando o picando o como acompañando una buena comida.
Está entre los vinos preferidos de mi bodega.
No tengo una terminología "profesional" para definirlo, pero no hay duda de que es un buen vino.

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Grenache, Syrah is reaiza alcoholic fermentation in cement vats, tanks from stainless steel and wood. 8 months and aging in French oak vats.
