Tempranillo aged for 36 months with 8 manual rackings in American oak barrels.
Grenache is aged for 30 months with 6 manual rackings.
CURIOSITIES
This winery moved in 1902 to Calle La Ventilla 71, where wines were made for 107 years. A hundred-year-old winery that would be swallowed up by the growth of the city of Haro, which is why it was decided to build a winery outside the city walls. A modern building that nevertheless oozes history from every pore.
