Monopole Classic White is one of the white wines more long-lived from Spain, since it has been produced since 1915. extraordinary of this white based on the Viuera consists of the contribution of a small amount of chamomile made according to the method traditional followed by biological aging under a flower veil that gives the wine characteristic notes of white fruit and bakery. It's a wine complex , Elegant Y fresh .

TASTING NOTES:

View : Colour yellow lemon.

Nose : Expressive , with nuances of chamomile flower, apple and pear. Notes to bakery Y fruits dry .

APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: High Rioja.

WINEMAKING : Aging is with its lees fine in barrels of 300 and 500 liters for about 8 months.

CURIOSITIES : The Monopole Clásico grape comes from its own vineyard in Villalba de Rioja, 5+ hectares planted 15 years ago with east exposure, on limestone soils. The vineyard is pruned on a trellis for its protection, due to the prevailing wind on the farm. Altitude above 600 meters.
