Tasting Notes:
- Color Red cherry, with intense hues of blue, intense and bright.
- Nose : High intensity. Fusion of fruity aromas (highlights the red fruit) assembled with the tertiary aromas such as vanilla and licorice, contributed by its aging in the barrel.
- Mouth : Elegant, tasty and fresh. It combines the ripe fruit with velvety tannins, which makes for a very pleasant mouth-break and a very elegant finish.
Elaboration and Aging:
Elaborated with 100% Tempranillo grapes from lvinedos of more than 800 meters of altitude, the harvest is done manually to select the fruit. For 12 months, the wine is stored in French oak barrels, with another 3 months of rest in Nevers wood cones and 12 months in the bottle.
