Elaboration and Aging:
Made with Tempranillo grapes, coming from San Vicente de La Sonsierra (Rioja). Vinedos of between 25 and 80 years are located in the zone of greater height of the Sonsierra, with a production between 3,000 and 5,000 kg per hectare. The grape with which this wine is processed has been selected and collected by hand in boxes of less than 12 kg. It performs the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in the barrel. In October, after the harvest, the barrels were imported from France (65%) and American (35%), where it remained for 12 months until November of the following year.
Fresh and cool soils of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, partners of Gallomate, San Martin and La Rad. Old vines aged between 25 and 80 years, in glass, of limited production and grapes of small size. Peculiar soil and excellent for an austere vineyard in an almost mountainous climate.
