The first wine produced in the Haro winery was bottled under the Cune brand. In the style of the "claret" of the Bordeaux Medoc. This wine evolved to become the "Crianza", formerly known as "Third Year".
PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of grapes from our vineyards in La Rioja Alta. Malolactic fermentation takes place in tanks and the wine is then aged in American oak barrels for one year, a period in which it acquires the aromatic balance that characterizes it, as well as its finesse and global expression.
CATA'S NOTES
Juvenile color, garnet with pink notes in the meniscus. The nose is dominated by red fruits, strawberries, raspberries and currants, all well integrated with the aromas of vanilla and toffee from its 12-month stay in American oak barrels. Both the entry into the mouth and its passing through the palate is smooth as well as fine and elegant, with a friendly tannin and a slight acidity that makes us have a fresh wine with a long aftertaste. Recommended pairing with any dish of the Mediterranean diet. Service temperature 16-18ºC
