Rioja Alta 904 Gran Reserva 2007

Cherry red with ruby ​​border of medium layer, clean and shiny. Very intense in the nose and with a nice bouquet of balsamic notes: almonds, mint chocolate, vanilla and roasted leaves that give way to fruit notes in jam. Good structure in the mouth, balanced, pleasant acidity, soft tannins round and very sweet that leave a long and complex aftertaste. Excellent to enjoy now, although the time in the bottle will continue rounding its fine bouquet.

Elaboration and Aging

Wine made with Tempranillo (90%) Y Graciano (10%) Of vineyards of more than 40 years of the areas of Brinas, Labastida and Villalba.
The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the selected batches completed malolactic fermentation naturally. In March 2006, the selected wines were exported to American oak barrels of their own manufacture of 4 years old, where they remained until March 2010. During their aging, the wine is traditionally extracted from barrel to barrel every six months. After a settling time, the final coupage was bottled in November 2010.


A wine suitable for special occasions and celebrations. Especially recommended with meat and fish not too spicy and desserts with chocolate. Ideal as a dessert glass.
