Production and Aging:
Powerful, tasty and mature, this highly balanced wine has another 30 years of life ahead of it. (Robert Parker) Aging was 29 months in 225-litre American oak barrels, of which at least 10 months were in new barrels and a minimum of 3 years in the bottle before going on the market. The harvest is manual, of the selected grapes from an excellent vintage in the Pago de la Plana located in the highest area of the Finca Ygay.
