TASTING NOTES

Cherry colour.
On the nose aromas of ripe fruit, very toasted, sweet spices, chocolate.
On the palate it is powerful, pleasant and mineral

ELABORATION

100% Tinto Fino variety.
Fermentation in oak vats.
Aged for approximately 18 months in new French oak barrels.

César Muñoz is a prestigious winemaker who signs great wines from the Douro area, such as César Príncipe, Montebaco, Bohórquez, Torinos or Alter Ernos. Although his dedication goes beyond the Castilian plateau, being an advisor to projects such as Bodegas Victoria (Cariñena), Costers de Sió (Costers del Segre) or Chivite (Navarra).

Outside Spain he was responsible for the Srafas project for the improvement of Bulgarian viticulture and his company advises on viticulture to several projects in Argentina and Chile.
