Bela Ribera del Duero 2021

Tasting notes:

•     Color red cherry.
•     In nose, it has an intense aroma of red fruits and black liquorice well mixed with cinnamon and roasted from their stay in the oak barrel.
•     In mouth with a soft entrance and in its step it is fresh and elegant.

Elaboration and Ageing:

It is made with grapes from our own 30 year old vineyards on clay-calcareous soils at an altitude of 800 m, located in the province of Burgos. Traditional production in stainless steel tanks with maceration before cold fermentation. It is aged for 6 months in oak barrels. It is stabilised by natural means.

Harvest data:

The new creation of this winery, after 30 years producing whites and reds with a strong personality, presents the latest creation for the first time. An exciting project from Ribera de Duero focused on singularity and the search for the highest quality.
Bela is the result of a selected harvest and an exhaustive selection of the best Ribera plots located throughout the province of Burgos.
