Tasting Notes:
- Color Very dark cherry, with abundant violaceous tones. Very layered, clean and shiny.

Elaboration and Aging
Made with grapes 100% Tempranillo , From various Payments (San Roman and Others), with vineyards planted at 850 meters of altitude. Harvesting takes place in October, and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 14 days at 26 ° C. The aging is 14 months in French and American oak barrels, and then rests for at least 12 Months in bottle.
