CATA's notes:

• Color Picota cherry red, with intense bluish hues, intense and brilliant layer.
• Nose : High intensity. Fusion of fruity aromas (red fruit stands out) assembled with tertiary aromas such as vanilla and licorice, contributed by its aging in barrels.
• Mouth : Elegant, tasty and fresh. It combines ripe fruit with velvety tannins, which causes a very pleasant mid-palate and a very elegant finish.

Production and Aging:

Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from vineyards over 800 meters above sea level, the harvest is done manually to select the fruit. For 15 months the wine rests in French oak barrels, with another 3 months resting in Nevers wooden cones and 12 months in the bottle.

Curiosities:
The history of this wine dates back to the birth of Javier Cremades de Adaro in 1924. A passionate wine lover whose dream was always to make unique wines that are true to the land. After a long and tireless search, he found the ideal place to cultivate vineyards and build the PRADOREY winery in the historic sites of the Real Sitio de Ventosilla estate.
