Tasting notes:
- Colour: Intense cherry red.
- Nose: Aroma of red fruits with oak accompaniment. It is sweet and its entry reminds of ripe fruit and liquorice with touches of roasted and caramel.
- Mouth: Pleasant passage through the mouth and soft memory.
Elaboration and AgeingA manual harvest is carried out in boxes of 15 kilograms. Double selection in table, cluster and grain. Carried out in the second and third week of October.
Aging of 12 months in French barrels of 3 years of age of fine grain (Darnajou and Taransaud).
