Color: Clean and bright yellow.
Nose: Aroma of ripe fruits with sweet notes of vanilla and pastries along with balsamic and spicy memories.
Palate: Fresh, ample and elegant, with a great volume and balance and a pleasant end to bitter sweetness.
The grapes are harvested and selected. The vinification is carried out on lees. A controlled artisanal maceration of 29 plants with pure native alcohols is carried out and it is assembled by means of an own method of the cellar that they keep in secret, before resting and being filtered.
