- Nose: subtle aromas of blackcurrants and blackberries.
- Mouth: without astringency, soft and pleasant with notes of liquorice and juanola.
Elaboration and Aging:Red wine made with bunches of Tempranillo grapes. Selection by hand, bunch by bunch, selection tables by vibration and weight. Grape destemmed without crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
