Plácet is the only white wine from the Alfaro Palacios winery and its name means 'pleasure' as it pleases when it comes to drinking.
It is an unctuous and classy white wine that brings back memories of Burgundy.
It has a mysterious and seductive touch, with aromas of white flowers and fleshy fruit. It reflects the minerality of the calcareous and clay soils of the La Montesa vineyard where it is born, in the Valtomelloso area.

Tasting Notes

Clean golden yellow colour.
On the nose, aromas of fruit and citrus with integrated toasted notes.
In the mouth, tasty and balanced. Pleasant citrus and fruity sensations. Good acidity. Persistent finish.

Elaboration

The Viura grape with which this wine is made comes from selected traditional vineyards that offer the most concrete and beautiful singularity of the white wine par excellence of Alfaro Palacios. It is fermented in oval oak and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Afterwards it is aged for 10 months in new oval French oak on lees and refined periodically.
