Corullón is a red wine made in the D.O Bierzo by Descendants of J. Palacios in the town of Villafranca del Bierzo, León.

It is the village wine from the winery. The variety par excellence of the area " mencia ", planted on slate and sloping land that surrounds the town.

Came fresh, silky and very mineral.

TASTING NOTE:

ELABORATION AND AGEING:

Aged for 10 months in Foudres with varieties such as Mencia 92%, Jerez-Valenciana 7%, Alicante bouschet 1%
The vineyards are treated organically without any type of pesticide or chemical herbicide.

CURIOSITIES:

The winery was created by Álvaro Palacios and his nephew Ricardo in 1999, in love with the potential of the area and the Mencía grape variety.
