Production and Aging
Prepared jointly by Ricardo Perez Palacios , son of Chelo Palacios, and his cousin Alvaro Palacios , well known for its Priorat wines. Together they have created this small winery in Corullón, in the heart of El Bierzo. They have several small plots where they grow the typical mencia .

Álvaro Palacios, promoter of the Priorat and author of wines as singular as L'Ermita or Finca Dofí, here bets on the expression of the most "atlantic" terroir of Castilla, El Bierzo, and on the Mencía grape.
