Tasting Note:

• In nose It is a wine with an extraordinary personality and enormous charm, which ends up enveloping the nose and palate of the gourmet, who is seduced by a genuine and important message. It combines delicacy and intensity, freshness and sweetness, denotes ripe black fruit, with a noble bitter background, with an intense, spectacular ductile tannin, with aromas of roasted, coffee, caramel and cocoa; Shaking the glass reveals ripe fruits: apricots, quinces and raisins. Complex, elegant and of great intensity.
• The attack on mouth denotes the superb essence of blueberries and the fatty touches of rose and violet petals, with an enveloping layer of nuts, vanilla and cocoa. coal or stone The touch of coffee on the palate, hot cocoa on the nose, the long journey of a smooth, meticulous acidity, with a very pleasant, long, juicy persistence. Production and Aging:

Coming from 100% Tempranillo grapes that have been rigorously selected by hand both in the vineyard and in the winery. For its elaboration, half of the wine was fermented by carbonic maceration and the other half, by the traditional system of destemming, making the malolactic in barrel, after which it remained for 18 months in new oaks of French and American origin, at 50% traditional and is aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
