CATA'S Note:
- Colour: intense cherry colour.
- Nose: A range of complex aromas ranging from red fruits to black olive nuances.
- Palate: Unctuous, strong and intense. Lingers on the palate in a very pleasant and harmonious way.
Elaboration and Aging:Made with Mazuelo grapes and a small proportion of other typical grapes of the area. They are selected by hand and are selected by vibration and weight. Grape destemmed without crushing. Long and controlled macerations applying temperature regulation in stainless steel tanks. Natural overmounted by gravity.
The aging phase lasts
14 months in new French oak barrels.
