Elaboration and Aging:
Made from the selection of the best grapes of the varieties tempranillo, mazuelo and graciano, coming from the vineyards located in Laguardia and Elciego. Received the grapes in the cellar when they reach their optimum point of maturity, will begin the natural processes of alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel deposits, where they will be carried out under close conditions of temperature control. After the fermentation processes, the wine will be introduced in American oak barrels, for aging during a Period of 18 months, after which, it will go to the bottle, to continue its aging.
