Aged for 20 months in bourguignonne barrels (228 l) with 54.5% new (Francois frères) and 45.5% from 2 and 3 wines (Francois Frères, Chassin, Dargaud).
Production: 3,224 bottles, 135 magnums and 8 jeroboams.
CURIOSITIES
Fields with pre-phylloxera vines were discovered by Bertrand Sourdais when he arrived in 1999 in the Lands of Soria.
The climate creates a special microcosm and blends with the characteristics of a clayey, porous soil, with calcareous mixtures and sands of the Douro, the essence of which Bertrand Sourdais knows deeply, thanks to the experience accumulated during his numerous harvests.
