Color: intense cherry color with violet reflections.
Nose : aromas of ripe fruit (cherries, blueberries, blackberries), spicy like vanilla and toasted from its time in the barrel.
Mouth: Powerful and tasty, with intense red fruit flavors. A balanced, spicy wine with a long memory.

Production and Aging:

Manual harvest carried out in October in the vineyards of Tras de San Pedro and Las Arras. Cold pre-maceration for 5 days at 12ºC, vinification in 16,000-liter stainless steel tanks and fermentation in new barrels (20%), for one and two wines. Aged for 12 months in 225 and 400 liter oak barrels (60%) American and (40%) French, medium and medium plus toast.
