CATA's notes: - Color: intense cherry color with violet reflections.
- Nose : aromas of ripe fruit (cherries, blueberries, blackberries), spicy like vanilla and toasted from its time in the barrel.
- Mouth: Powerful and tasty, with intense red fruit flavors. A balanced, spicy wine with a long memory.
Production and Aging: Manual harvest carried out in October in the vineyards of Tras de San Pedro and Las Arras. Cold pre-maceration for 5 days at 12ºC, vinification in 16,000-liter stainless steel tanks and fermentation in new barrels (20%), for one and two wines. Aged for 12 months in 225 and 400 liter oak barrels (60%) American and (40%) French, medium and medium plus toast.
Curiosities: happy grapes It was born from the association of several recognized winemakers in Spain. Its objective is to join efforts to present wines from different Spanish regions and protected under the mantle of the distributor Vila Viniteca.
Vizcarra Wineries: It was one of the pioneers in planting vineyards in Ribera del Duero in the 80s. They make young wines and quality aging. Wines that stand out for their elegance and personality,
