CATA's notes
- Color: Intense cherry red color with soft violet notes, which marks its aging with bright tile and amber rims.
- Nose: Very subtle nose with aromas of ripe fruit very well combined with the aging in wood, which leads us to special aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) to the stimulating aroma of coffee or toast.
- Mouth: Very meaty on the palate, with a long finish and balanced acidity. Harmonious ripe and soft tannins that fill the palate with pleasant sensations.
