CATA's notes:
- Colour: Bright yellow, clean and transparent.
- Nose: It is exuberant with aromas of ripe fruit, from citrus through tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, to ripe peach.
- Mouth: Good entry into the mouth, a smooth smoothness and a pleasant freshness that makes it pleasant and very long on the palate.
Elaboration:
This wine is made from 100% Verdejo grapes from Rodillana, Bobadilla del Campo and El Sotillo, located in the province of Valladolid. A quarter of the clusters come from each of the first two plots and the remaining half from the last.
The harvest takes place in September. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and crushed.
The grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated at 10ºC for 12 hours and the must fermented at 18ºC in stainless steel tanks.
