Elaboration and Aging:
After the arrival to the winery of grapes in perfect condition and after a maceration of barely 6 hours, we obtain a bleeding by gravity, a must that will ferment for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature below 16 degrees. With this we keep the primary aromas intact. Remains in barrel for at least 5 months.
