Tasting Notes:

Pink offers a clean, bright and almost transparent color coral.
In nose Expresses pure aroma of red fruit assembled with floral touches.
It is a light and fresh wine in mouth With fair acidity and floral aromas in the aftertaste, balanced with roses and red fruit.

Elaboration and Aging:

After the arrival to the winery of grapes in perfect condition and after a maceration of barely 6 hours, we obtain a bleeding by gravity, a must that will ferment for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature below 16 degrees. With this we keep the primary aromas intact. Remains in barrel for at least 5 months.

Curiosities :

The winery Vina Real de Laguardia, designed by the French architect Philippe Mazieres consists of three buildings, the main one of which is built in Red Cedar and has the shape of a tub. Natural light, caves excavated to store wine and leading technology - with the use of gravity, installation of the first vertical hopper in Spain - define this monumental work.

The vineyards located in the Sierra de Cantabria fall steeply towards the Ebro basin. The mountains protect this Rioja Alavesa where the Atlantic climate is combined with clayey and calcareous soils.
