Development and Aging An exceptionally positive situation characterizes Finca Valpiedra. All the grapes used to produce these wines is within the property surrounding the winery which is very beneficial for it because there is no transport. In the barrel cellar, the wines are aged 12 months thus achieving the organoleptic characteristics that are sought. Only use new French oak barrels and amerCrianza: 12 months in French oak barrels (70%) and American (30%).
