TASTING NOTES
- View: half cherry layer with purple iridescence.
- Nose: continues the enviable exuberance of ripe red fruits with a simpler profile than its older brother, but no less so. Their pleasure is their ease.
- Mouth: opulent, voluptuous, but at the same time caressing and not at all aggressive. As on the nose, there is a pure presence of red berries with a great acidity, the region's flagship.
ELABORATION
100% Tempranillo variety.
Harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes.
The grapes come from a 100-hectare vineyard that is more than 30 years old. (San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Labastida, Ábalos, Navaridas, Elvillar).
