CATA's notes:
- Color : bright and attractive red.
- Nose: fruit aromas such as pears, bananas and jelly beans.
- Mouth: it is smooth and very balanced. Long and intense finish.
Elaboration:
- Made with grapes of the Tempranillo, Viura and Garnacha varieties, destemmed and selected by hand, grain by grain, using selection tables by vibration and weight.
- Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks on its lees.
- It is bottled after a process of clarification and filtration.
Curiosities:
BAIGORRI wineries gives the
maximum pampering and care to its grapes once harvested, optimizing each process the grapes go through. In this way they manage to transfer to the wine a
quality and personality which are nothing more than
dedication and representation of the soil from which they come.
