TASTING NOTE

View: presents a intense red color with purple tones and violet reflections.

Nose: Elegant and complex, with aromas of berries and black , such as cherry, plum and blackberry, notes floral and touches of spices like vanilla and cloves.

Mouth: Powerful and balanced, with an intense and pleasant attack on the palate. Flavors of black and red fruits, hints of wood and spices, and a persistent and harmonious finish are appreciated.

ELABORATION

Fermented and macerated in low volume tanks for the best extraction of tannins and anthocyanins, with different temperatures during fermentation, seeking the optimal evolution. It has a short passage through the barrel in search of its roundness.
