Tasting Note:- Colour: Bigarreau cherry red with maroon rim.
- Aromas: Complex and elegant nose with notes of sweet spices, such as nutmeg and clove, certain balsamic nuances and a background of ripe fruit. The wood is well integrated.
- Palate: Wide and fleshy palate, well structured. It allows to perceive shades of ripe fruit and liquorice. A lively wine with sweet tannins very well integrated. The output is harmonious and persistent.
Elaboration and aging:
After a careful selection and fermentation of the grapes, we have proceeded to the aging for 27 months in French oak barrels, through six-monthly rackings we achieve a slow and harmonious evolution of its characters. It remains 36 months in the bottle before going on the market.
