Tasting Note:
- View: cherry red, clean and bright.
- Nose: It is young and lively, with a predominance of the characteristic red fruits of the Tempranillo from the area, accompanied by very subtle floral hints and light toasted notes.
- Mouth: it is powerful and expressive. It presents an acidity that keeps it fresh and attractive and a polished and friendly tannin.
Production and Aging:
After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels. During this aging period, the wine acquires complexity and softens thanks to the interaction with the wood. In addition, the wine can undergo malolactic fermentation in the barrel, in which the malic acids are transformed into lactic acid, which provides a rounder texture and softens the acidity.
