The Arzuaga family created the Rosae by capturing the prisms of flavor that a grape like Tempranillo can have, in this case, all the production from the same winery. In this realization they achieve a fresh and very aromatic wine, partly thanks to the type of harvest, very early, one of the secrets of its freshness.
TASTING NOTE
ELABORATION
After the harvest, the grapes are transported manually in boxes of a maximum of 10 kg, for their subsequent gentle pressing.
The grapes enter the winery at a temperature below 12ºC, which is maintained during the fermentation process.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place slowly, and can last up to 30 days.
CURIOSITY
The first red Tempranillo grapes harvested in the 2014 Harvest by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro were used to make this wine.
TASTING NOTE
- Color: Clean and bright. Pale pale pink color and copper-colored meniscus.
- Nose: High aromatic intensity; where notes of red fruits stand out, with a predominance of cherries and strawberries. Tropical touches and floral notes.
- Mouth: Wide, fresh and friendly entry. Savory sensation, which lingers in the mouth until retronasal where the stewed cherries denote.
