Made with Tempranillo CLON ELITE.
Manual harvest.
Spontaneous fermentation at a maximum temperature of 28ºC.
Malolactic fermentation with native bacteria in traditional clay jars.
Limited production: 13,164 bottles
14 months in French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES
The PradoRey winery has been conceived by the joint work of architects, engineers and oenologists to achieve a building that is in harmony with the natural environment in which it is located, but at the same time be very functional to achieve the levels of quality that we we demand.
The Real Sitio de Ventosilla grape reception area has been located in the upper part of the winery so that the destemmed and crushed grapes arrive by gravity at the deposits. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration take place in 30,000-liter self-draining stainless steel tanks, naming 6 of them submerged hats because they have a special structure that allows the skin to always be in contact with the liquid, thus facilitating the extraction of the phenolic compounds that improve the quality and the properties of the wines from Real Sitio de Ventosilla.
- View: Nazarene red color with garnet rims. Wine with a high and bright layer
- Nose: Wine of great aromatic complexity, in which the aromas of ripe fruit, India ink and mineral essences stand out, typical of the noble Tinta Fina variety. The Central European woods used in aging are perfectly blended with the wine, which prevents them from dominating the variety at all times.
- Mouth: Round on the palate, with well-integrated tannins, a tasty finish and a long, pleasant aftertaste with a high presence of ripe red fruits.
