Tasting notes:

Cardinal has a very intense red with violet tones, clean and bright.
The nose highlights the very ripe black fruit aromas and hardwood.
The palate has a broad structure and a powerful body with elegant, silky and persistent pace.

Development and Aging:

Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the vineyard Finca de las Celadillas and San Roman. The 24 months spent in the best barrels of French and American oak, and subsequent rest for three long years in the bottle, make it a genuine red mime. This, together with the old tempranillos with which has occurred, confers great breadth and complexity.
