Elaboration:
Moët & amp; Chandon has more than 1000 hectares of vineyard in 15 of the 17 grands crus of Champagne. Vinification according to the traditional method champenoise, from an assemblage starring the Pinot Noir variety (40-50%, of which 10% is vinified in red), seconded by Pinot Meunier and a small percentage of Chardonnay.
