Mumm Grand Cordon The cuvée plus iconic of the legendary ‘maison’ Mumm, with the structure of Pinot Not to go , with the elegance Y minerality of chardonnay , and the fruity of Meunier . It is left to age for 30 months in an underground gallery 15 kilometers long. Laurent Fresnet and the team of house winemakers are responsible for perpetuating each year the final 'coupage' of this champagne that has now been renamed Mumm Grand Cordon, debuting with a new bottle design.

View : The abundant ones, but fine Y elegant bubbles emit a color yellow golden with reflections of jade.
Nose : Deep scent of lemon Y grapefruit associated with profuse fruits meaty such as white peach, apricot and sour apple, which provide freshness and vivacity.
Mouth : flavors complex and intense to fresh fruit. The foam it is delicious on the palate, but it does not impose itself.
