To make a great Rosé champagne, the grapes have to reach a certain maturity, and that is not always easy in a climate as changeable as Champagne's.
That is why Louis Roederer chose to invest in Cumières, where the shallow clay-calcareous soils are oriented towards the south, with a luminosity increased by the Marne River, allowing high phenolic maturity to be achieved.
It has classic sensations of tangy citrus, yuzu type.

CATA's notes:
Color Light pink and gold with gradient nuances. Delicate and fine effervescence.
on the nose delicate and evanescent that combines red fruits (raspberry in liqueur), chocolate notes (cocoa) and light notes of dried flowers.
In mouth It is a concentrate of red fruits, flowers and blood orange. The sensation is delicious, concentrated and elegant at the same time thanks to the acidic freshness that prolongs the taste.
Preparation and Aging:
22% of the wines are vinified in wood (oak barrels). Only 13% of the total wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. To make this Rosé, the winery uses the bleeding method, after a cold film maceration that can last 5 to 8 days in the liquid phase. Aging Aged on lees for 4 years in the cellar followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage of 9 grams of sugar per liter.
