ELABORATION
Made with 55% Pinot noir, 45% Chardonnay, 20% of the wines matured in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation. The wines undergo an average maturation of 5 years in the cellars and the rest 8 months after disgorgement to perfect their maturity. The dose of between 8 and 10 g/l is adapted to each season.
