Elaboration:
The extraordinary characteristics of this Brandy are the result of the meticulous selection of the raw material with which it is made. The selection of excellent white wines of palomino and airen begins, an early distillation and the method are determinant for the final quality of the distillates (holandas). The holandas are aged in American oak barrels that have previously been enriched with Oloroso wine, and following the traditional Soleras and Criaderas system, entering the system through the 10th criadera and running through them to the hearth, controlling rigorously the volume of bags so that the aging of the brandy remains constant.
