It has been prepared by methods of organic viticulture vineyards property located in the prestigious French Côte des Blancs area. Using Chardonnay and aged for three years on the lees, we have obtained a golden, bright, with constant bubble size yellow fine Champagne.
Presents a fresh and elegant aroma, with subtle floral notes, hints of citrus complex, toasty aromas with reminiscences and sophisticated dairy mineral touches. The palate starts with a gentle entry that evolve citrus and is felt the delicate presence of their fine bubbles. Continues to develop notes of white fruits and hazelnut culminating in an unctuous and grand finale of retronasal aromas.
