Mumm Gran Cordon Rosé is a Rosé Champagne that stands out for its excellent balance between acidity and sweetness, very elegant and delicate, with a renewed design. It is a Champagne that expresses an intense and fruity character with rich aromas of wild red and black fruits, typical of the Pinot Noir variety grown in Maison Mumm's legendary vineyards in the French region.
TASTING NOTES:
Sight: Attractive salmon pink colour with light, small and constant bubbles.
Nose: Aromas of wild berries such as wild strawberries and redcurrants accompanied by soft citrus notes.
Mouth: In the mouth it is fresh, smooth and very persistent.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Champagne.
WINEMAKING: Made with the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier varieties.
AGEING: Aged for 30 months.

Among the 8 most reputed Grand Crus of the Champagne vineyard are Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzy, Verzenay, Avize, Cramant and Mailly-Champagne. The maison's vineyard covers 25% of the production needs, while 75% of the remaining needs are supplied by independent winegrowers with whom privileged links have been forged over the years.
