It offers a complex aromatic expression in which notes of ripe white fruit stand out on a citrus background and a broad, silky, velvety palate, with the fullness that gives it a pleasant acidity. This 100% Chardonnay also shows a certain tropicality (pineapple) and Mediterraneanity (aniseed notes reminiscent of fennel). It is a balanced and elegant white, very frank, very varietal. It stands out for its freshness, finesse and good acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness.
