Tasting Notes:

• Color Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
• Aromatically Attractive for its characteristic notes of tropical fruits, with touches citrus and herbaceous as fennel and boxwood.
• To this we add the freshness, and the kindness perceived in mouth , Prolonging the fruity aftertaste that invites us to continue tasting this wine.

Elaboration and Aging:

Young white wine made from the variety verdejo. After a gentle pressing the flower must is obtained. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel deposits at controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and conservation of the primary, fruit and floral aromas, typical of the variety.
The grape entered the cellar in excellent conditions of sanity giving high quality wines despite the drought produced throughout the year and the winter frost.
