TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
Nose: Good aromatic expression, with vegetable notes, exotic fruit, hints of freshly cut grass and a slight mineral touch.
Palate: Intense, round and persistent. Perfect balance between acidity, alcohol and sugars.

ELABORATION

100% Sauvignon Blanc variety.
Maceration at an extremely low temperature to maintain the varietal aromas.
Aged 6 months on lees.

CURIOSITIES

The grapes come from the first Sauvignon Blanc vineyards that were planted in Rueda more than 30 years ago. The result is a late harvest wine that surprises with its high acidity despite the overripening of the berries in the field.
