CATA's notes:
- Color : Pale straw yellow tone with a bright greenish rim, clean and very bright.
- Nose : Aromas are intense and clean; fruity from the tropical range in harmony with floral white flowers between tones of hay and fresh grass with touches of aniseed
- Mouth : It has a good structure with good balance and a hint of acidity that gives it a remarkable freshness in perfect harmony with the alcohol, an elegant fruity sensation at the end. A persistent wine, with a balanced final bitterness and long aftertaste.
Production and aging:
From the hawthorn of La Buitrera in the town of Pozaldez. It is a plot with gravel soils that gives a characteristic ripeness to this grape. It has a unique personality provided by the use of our own native yeasts.
Curiosities:
OINOZ is the origin of wine, one of the first names given to a primitive fermented grape juice; the theory that places its origin in the neighboring countries of the Mare Nostrum (Mediterranean Sea).
