WINEMAKING
Late Winter manual harvest of each of the varieties separately, with negligible yields due to dehydration, in small boxes of 10 kilograms capacity. After a soft and long pressing, a must is obtained that will ferment for approximately a month and a half in French oak barrels.
BREEDING
12 months of subsequent stay in French oak barrels of different cooperages, toastings and origins. Each of the wines remains on its fine lees until bottling, performing periodic bâtonnage during the first months. The cuvée of the wines is made to later refine for almost another year in the bottle.
TASTING
Pale orange color, clean and bright. Intense and very pleasant aromas of candied fruits, peach dried apricots, candied orange and quince paste, all surrounded by elegant floral and cocoa notes. On the palate it is sensual, delicate, with a fine, very fresh and integrated fruity sweetness that makes it a long, tasty and pleasant wine.
