- The attack in mouth denotes the superb essence of blueberries and the fatty touches of rose petals and violets, with an enveloping layer of nuts, vanilla and cocoa. Coal or stone. The touch of coffee on the palate, the hot cocoa on the nose, the long journey of a soft, meticulous acidity, with a very pleasant, long, juicy persistence. Elaboration and ageing:
It comes from 100% Tempranillo grapes that have been rigorously hand-selected both in the vineyard and in the winery. For its production, half of the wine was fermented by carbonic maceration and the other half by the traditional destemming system, making the malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, after which it remained 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, 50% in the traditional way and is aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
